Our home is in the historical center in a small village in the heart of the city!We have a private car parking with sizes 2x4.90 (included in the price). You don't need pass Ztl to arrive by car. Rooms with private bathroom and air conditioner. "House Nubia" is in the San Frediano district... "the coolest neighborhood of the world" (by Lonely Planet). Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home. Luggage storage and car parking are also permitted before check-in time.

The house offers amazing views of the hills on the north side of Florence and it is perfect for families.

We offer apartment in Florence, right next to the city wall in a calm and well served area. 10 minutes walk to Santo Spirito and Pitti Palace and 20min to the Duomo. On ground floor you will find bedroom, living room with a couch that transforms into a bed, a bathroom and kitchen with all equipment needed. Another bedroom with a private bathroom is situated in semi basement. You'd have anything you need for a comfortable stay, just bring your pigiama.
