Restaurants et métros sont accessibles à quelques minutes de marche seulement: la ville entière est à vos pieds ! Cuisine cuisinière/four/micro-ondes/lave-vaisselle, grand living room ensoleillé, salle de bain avec double lavabo, toilette séparée et grande chambre avec balcon donnant sur le jardin privé.
