The Farm is criss-crossed with footpaths, bridleways and open grass pastures so hiking, running, riding and picnicking are easy to come by, as well as home to Ponies, pigs, alpacas and other farmyard animals.

A first-floor annexe with separate and secure access. The annexe was built in 2023 and is in excellent condition. The accommodation comprises of an open plan bedroom and sitting area with a kingsize bed, sofa & TV. There is an integrated kitchen and a separate bathroom. The annexe over looks the garden and private drive in a quaint rural village less than 10 minutes drive from Hungerford. The village is surrounded by rolling countryside and boasts a fantastic local pub.

Copse Farm Cottage can host up 8 guests in 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, a twin and a bunk room which is better suited to children). The house is well connected with regular trains from London Paddington to Newbury or Waterloo to Whitchurch.
