The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Appartamento in stile provenzale immerso tra il vigneto e gli olivi. Godrete della tranquillità della campagna a 10 km dalla città e 4 dall'autostrada. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. Un luogo meraviglioso dove trascorrere alcuni giorni in piacevole compagnia. Un ampio salone con camino dove rilassarsi al rientro da bellissime passeggiate, giri in bicicletta, ed escursioni. L'appartamento indipendente si trova a 15km da Siena, 20 km dai centri Termali e a 40 minuti dai borghi di san Gimignano e Monteriggioni. Nel complesso è presente un'azienda agricola che produce vini e olio con la possibilità di visite guidate e degustazione dei nostri prodotti con cene a tema.

Luogo ideale per trascorrere giorni in totale relax e godere delle meraviglie che questa zona offre (Chianti, Val d'Orcia, Crete Senesi..).Dal podere è possibile fare delle escursioni a piedi al Castello di Grotti ( 6 km) oppure al nostro laghetto (2,5 km)

Country house located in Radda, the heart of the Chianti, within walking distance from the historical center and other services such as; Coffee shops, Post Office,grocery stores and restaurants. The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.

Podere Pereti Nuovi-modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

Antica villa toscana, bellissima, con giardino privato esclusivo, completamente ristrutturata, immersa nelle splendide e dolci colline toscane. La villa ha una vista mozziafiato, molto soleggiata, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort, silenziosa e non isolata. La casa si trova a Bagnolo, piccola frazione di Impruneta alle porte del Chianti, zona di uliveti, vigneti e pace. La casa si trova a circa 10 km in macchina dal centro di Firenze.
