Comfortable apartment for 4 adults and 2 babies under 12yo, in San Gimignano countryside, in a resort/farmhouse. Here in Montegonfoli you can spend a vacation in absolute relax, in an enchanted natural context, far from the noise but at the same time very close to the most beautiful attractions of the world. First floor with amazing views on San Gimignano and Chianti Hills. No aircon, but every bedroom has a large fan for the few hot nights we are getting in July/August. We usually have 15°C!

By providing wifi only in the communal courtyard we suggest to take a break from been connected with elsewhere and enjoy the 'here and now' . E' una camera doppia (letto matrimoniale king size o due letti singoli) elegante con soffitti con travi in legno a vista, con mobili d'antiquariato e un bagno privato esterno con box doccia a pochi metri dalla stanza. Dispone di un set completo da bagno, un asciugacapelli, un kit di cortesia, un bollitore (con tè e Nescafè) e capsule Nespresso per gustare un tipico caffè italiano. La camera è climatizzata e dotata di wi-fi e TV a schermo piatto.

Located in a strategic position just below the walls, it is just a few meters away from one of the major points of interest in the city (Porta all'arco) and about 400 meters from Piazza dei Priori. You will also find 3 supermarkets nearby. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, with the sea visible on the horizon, which is approximately 50 km away from Volterra.

Il mio alloggio è vicinissimo alla splendida Piazza di Santa Croce. La zona è centrale ma tranquilla. In pochissimi minuti a piedi si posso raggiungere ed ammirare i principali monumenti della città: Palazzo Vecchio, gli Uffizi, il Duomo, Palazzo Pitti e la Basilica di San Lorenzo. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e le stanze son comode e spaziose. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie con bambini.

ATTENZIONE: FINO AL 15 MAGGIO NON SARÀ POSSIBILE ACCEDERE ALLA TERRAZZA! Situata al terzo piano, la matrimoniale di oltre 30 mq offre un letto a baldacchino in ferro di 160 cm, area relax, scrivania e armadio. Il bagno, di circa 4,5 mq, include wc, bidet, lavabo e piccola vasca sotto il lucernario. La stanza ha l'utilizzo esclusivo della terrazza a tetto della torre.
