Beautifully presented countryside cottage in Sawley, nestled within the Forrest of Bowland on the banks of the River Ribble. Stylish accommodation, comprising of an open plan living area with wood burning stove and fully equipped modern kitchen. There is Gas central heating which is on for three hours in the evening and 2 hours in the morning during the months of Oct 1st to March 31st. If heating is required after this that period there is an off grid charge of £65 (April 1st to Sep 30th) A warm, peaceful lodge retreat perfect for romantic breaks, celebrations, walking holidays and seasonal getaways.

The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.
