The Hide - A Cosy Coastal Wood Cabin, MaugherowThe Hide is located on a quiet lane in rural North Sligo. It is a tiny cosy wood cabin with patio & private outdoor space. It has a separate entrance, completely detached from our house. We are 20 minutes drive north of Sligo town, 10 minutes to the nearest beach, 15 minutes from the mountains, 5 minutes from Lissadell House with lots of quiet lanes to walk or cycle. We know travel has an environmental impact, we commit to plant a native Irish tree for every night The Hide is occupied.
Bright and airy double roomI have a bright double room in a quiet residential area just 10 minute walk from centre of town. I offer complimentary tea/coffee on arrival & a light breakfast in the morning. I would like guests to feel at home & they are welcome to chill out in the sitting room or garden. Sligo is a great base for exploring all the north west region has to offer. If you're interested in doing some hikes or catching good live music I'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction!
