Whether you are here for the Fair, passing thru on the trail/highway, or are a contract worker, come stay and rest at our place. We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? We are located 1 block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurants. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

Our Cabin is only 1 mile from the Katy Trail, only 20 minutes to the Missouri state fairgrounds and only 89 miles to Kansas City We have room for trailer parking. Unwind and relax with beautiful country scenery. This beautiful cabin is located close to the private home however, facing into the beauty of the surrounding trees and privacy is not an issue. My husband and I are full time concessionaires. With that, there is equipment and food stands visible when you arrive. please enjoy the silo

No step entry into the house, all doorways are 36 inches wide, open concept living /dining space.

Home in Sedalia, Mom's Place

In the heart of Sedalia's Southwest side, Mom's Place is nestled in a peaceful & friendly neighborhood. Built in 1954 by our Grandpa, this custom home features wood floors, built-in bookcases, and windows galore. These charms provide natural light and uniqueness to the home with the convenience of modern amenities. Mom still talks about her dad losing sleep when building this house, as the original owners requested an Upside-Down Roof. Amazing home for 71 years old! Must see!

Welcome to our charming boho-inspired Grain Bin Cabin, the Highland is ideal for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 smaller children. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable king bed in the loft, while downstairs features a cozy futon in the main living space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Enjoy 2 miles of hiking trails, or Unwind at the end of the day by relaxing beside the fire pit or lounging in the hammock. * Please note this property is off grid, water is gravity fed. No running water 11-1 to Mid March, We do not have air conditioning, or refrigerators. * Property is adult only. No one under the age of 18 is permitted

This cabin is the perfect place for a family vacation, girls retreat, or lodging for an avid hunter or fisherman. Conveniently located just 3 miles outside the small town of Stover and roughly 30 miles from both Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake, it's the perfect location to relax and unwind. We have no TVs in the cabin, but offer fast and free wifi for easy streaming on all your devices. We do ask that there is no smoking and no parties held on the property.

Quiet country house on a wooded lot. Entire main floor of this secluded country home, with a covered deck overlooking woods, including outdoor dining and lounge. Well appointed kitchen with open concept dining and living area. Eight miles to Sedalia, the Katy Trail and Missouri State Fairgrounds. Thirty minutes to Whiteman AFB. We welcome up to two dogs.
