In our Southfarthing Suite, you'll find the perfect combination of centrally located peace and quiet on a wooded private drive. Come home to a spacious walk-in apartment with all the things you need and some nice extras. The suite occupies the ground floor only with a separate entrance, as shown in the photos; the hosts occupy the rest of the home. We are close to Peachtree Creek trail, the VA hospital. Emory & CDC are 6 minutes away. Aquarium, World of Coke & Decatur are easy via car or MARTA.

This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.
