The Octagon, Wooden Cabin in Private Woodland

The Octagon is set in 2.2 acres of beautiful private woodland. It is visually secluded, and all yours for your group to explore and enjoy. The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends and as a retreat space. Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon sleeping 10. The caravan is an extra £100. Please note we are not a "party" house and expect our guests to respect the space. Hot tub/sauna are £220.

The Carriage - A first class experience

Step back in time to this restored 1950's Pullman railway carriage, with the added luxury of 21st century amenities. The Carriage is set on tracks where the original line ran through Ullock on the fringe of the Lake District National Park, with the river Marron running below. Relive a unique journey with the addition of being able to step out onto the platform for sunbathing, breakfast or your evening meal then retire to the antique king sized bed with dressing room, ensuite and Eden toiletries.

The Hideaway Hut has been lovingly designed/hand built, by me and my 77 year old dad with a precious eye for detail. The Shepherd’s Hut is on a beautiful acre of land in the peaceful village of Norland. With stunning views over the Valley and beyond. The quaint and rustic dwelling has a very comfortable double bed and fresh air dried linen. ensuring a restful nights sleep. For your comfort it has A dinky Kitchen, toilet and wash basin to complete the off grid living space peace, rest awaits you

Secluded shepherd's hut, in rural Northumberland

Our beautiful shepherd's hut sits in four acres of secluded woodland in rural Hexhamshire. Enjoy the peaceful solitude, with glimpsed views through the mature oaks onto the North Pennines. Surrounded by miles of footpaths, bridleways and moorland, there are walking, cycling and riding options in every direction. Nearby rural pubs offer delicious local ales and fantastic food; or try some home raised, rare breed pork over the firepit grill, then a drink on the raised deck in the evening sun.

Our lovely Shepherds Huts are set in the garden of our home, on the edge of the market town of Haltwhistle, Northumberland. We are an ideal base for a couple looking for a romantic retreat, or friends looking to explore this beautiful historic area. The interior consists of a triple bunkbed, fully equipped kitchenette, TV, comfy seating and a woodburner. Another room in the hut has a toilet and shower. Dine alfresco on decking outside, or cosy up to the stove after a day of exploring. Joy!

This is a very high spec brand new campervan costing over £45000 This vehicle has a thermostated heater similar to the one you use at home. It even works when your not on a campsite, ideal for those cosy winter nights. Our insurance is valid for ages 23-75 with a driving licence held more than 2 years unless not from the UK (see countries listed below).

TINY HOME Railway Carriage No.1 - Stunning Views

At the end of a wooded lane through a farm gate are two converted 1930s cargo rail carriages. Recovered from the NE Railway they retain many original features while transforming these relics into cosy tiny houses. Carriage No. 1 is a light open-plan space with white washed tongue and groove walls and reclaimed school gym flooring. The double-glazed doors open onto a little private garden and the meadow with stunning views across woodland and the National Trust Gibside Estate.

Charming handy for Lake District

Archie is a charming bespoke shepherd’s hut, set in its own garden space at the top of our shared garden area. Archie offers a nostalgic space for unwinding, there’s only Archie - no other pods or huts near you. Facing southwest there are lovely views. Archie has a double bed, en-suite shower room and toilet, kitchen area with hob,microwave, fridge, fold out dining table and underfloor heating to keep it cosy. Additionally outside there’s a kitchen area, bbq , firepit & seating.

Lovingly restored 1965 Retreat with proper loo, shower, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi! King size bed with linen, towels and toiletries provided. Fully equipped for 2 . Snuggle into The Tipi and soak up the view, make suppers in the the pizza oven or BBQ or huddle around the firepit and cook over the embers. Discover the walled pond and private jetty or wander down the lane to The Pub. Magical! PS: the caravan is compact with limited headroom - the high+mighty will need to duck!
