The Octagon is set in 2.2 acres of beautiful private woodland. It is visually secluded, and all yours for your group to explore and enjoy. The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends and as a retreat space. Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon sleeping 10. The caravan is an extra £100. Please note we are not a "party" house and expect our guests to respect the space. Hot tub/sauna are £220.

Claife View - Parking, Balcony, Central Bowness

Claife View is found hidden in the middle of beautiful Bowness-on-Windermere with only minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, and Lake Windermere. This apartment is on the second floor, with a balcony looking out to the fells in the distance. There is ample shared parking in a private car park. It is within easy reach of the world-famous Beatrix Potter Museum and all the pubs that can be found in Bowness. An extra hundred meters, and you will find yourself on the shore of Lake Windermere.

Berry Bottoms Cabin is a hidden gem nestling into a sloping hillside overlooking a wildlife pond This self-contained cabin, easily sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

Discover the captivating retreat at Fearless Fox Lodge, perfectly situated farm just steps away from the serene Leeds and Liverpool Canal. sleeps 4 but you can request up to 8 (£35pp applies) as we can sort extra bedding for the sofa beds and chair beds etc. The cabin is opposite the ducks, chicken and goats and has a beautiful view of Pendle Hill which is worth the climb xx Features wood burning hot tub (no bubbles) but prefect!!! The nut house is situated on a decked area at the bottom of a beautiful garden where you will find wood sculptures, many flowers, plants and wildlife. We are also situated 50 minutes to manchester and the lake district and 25 minutes to Blackpool

A quaint cottage on the outskirts of a town and links to major motorways. Ideally situated for exploring the nearby local town of Skipton or visit the famous Boundary Mill Stores. Poppy cottage has an abundance of original features including original flag floors and stone steps. There is a log burner to snuggle up in front of, after visiting the historical sights of Wycoller Country Park or maybe a walk and pub lunch at the local.

We are a 15-20 min's drive to Blackpool, Lancaster and Preston with J33 M6 15 min's away. We are close to the coast and river Wyre, the location is perfect for walkers, being tucked away on the Lancashire coastal way footpath.

Ali's Little Woodland Wonder. A cosy shepherds hut that sleeps 2 adults (and a little one on request!). Situated in a 12 acre woodland with a vintage and retro feel. Located on our family run beef and sheep farm in the Yorkshire Dales. Well behaved pets welcome. Option to book an extra pitch for a camper van or tent when also using the Shepherds Hut to bring your friends for a night or two.
