Wisteria Cottage is a high spec, Luxury cottage with under floor heating,log burner,Large kitchen/dinning area with views across fields and a downstairs Wc/Utility space. Upstairs are two centrally heated bedrooms and underfloor and towel rail heated bathroom with exposed beams. The master has a generous King size bed and the second bed, a single day Bed with a pull out trundle under. The bathroom has a roll top bath with shower and unlimited hot water. Our rustic Glamping Treehouse stands 5m above the ground, which is accessible via an exciting seven-meter long suspension bridge. Boasting a warm themed interior, the Treehouse offers breathtaking views over the Chess Valley, which can be seen from the balcony and through the large panoramic window. Features include a spacious king-size double bed, en-suite toilet and basin facility. The outdoor balcony is home to a shower and hot tub, the perfect spot to relax amongst the surrounding treetops!

The Oak Barn, your own space in a Thameside hamlet

A beautiful private space all to yourself, the Oak Barn has great character & enjoys lovely views over fields to the Chilterns beyond. You have your own entrance & key so can come & go as you please. The hamlet of Preston Crowmarsh lies on the river Thames & is a great place to wild swim & watch red kites. A 5 minute walk takes you to the Thames towpath & an 8 minute walk to the bus stop for Oxford and Reading. We leave you to enjoy your privacy but are next door in the main house if needed.

In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

This newly converted annexe is flexible, spacious, light & airy. Access to all the garden is encouraged and can potentially involve additional camping, guided mountain biking, and personal training.

Overlooking beautiful Dorchester Abbey in the heart of the South Oxfordshire countryside. The Cabin is situated at the centre of the historic village of Dorchester-on-Thames. One well behaved dog is welcome too to explore The Thames path, Wittenham clumps and the nearby Chilterns.
