Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Surrounded by scenic walking trails, charming pubs, and nearby heritage spots, this is the perfect romantic retreat to slow down, reconnect, and create unforgettable memories.

The Barn. A charming 1 bedroom rural retreat.

Characterful barn, set on a South Oxfordshire farm with beautiful views. The Barn is attached to the main house but has a separate entrance and outside seating area which is not overlooked by the main house. Only 25 minutes from central Oxford but a rare slice of rural life, with horses, cattle and chickens as your neighbours. Fabulous local walks in the Chilterns and excellent local pubs. This is adjacent to an occupied family house. It is properly rural and best suited to those with a car.

The Cottage is a cosy retreat in a quiet village, recently renovated to show off the best of its period features with all the creature comforts. Ideally situated for Bicester Village shopping, Oxford site seeing, Silverstone motor racing and beautiful countryside walks. This is the perfect bolt hole to be as active or relaxed as you choose. Have a soak in the roll top bath, snuggle up in front of the log burning stove or spend an afternoon in the suntrap garden listening to the birds.

Reminiscent of the cottage from ‘The Holiday’, its warm, calm, cosy interiors make it perfect for couples, friends or families looking for a relaxing break away. Cosy up by the fire, daydream whilst looking over the beautiful countryside views, linger in the cosy king size beds, or stroll up to The Bat and Ball for an amazing dinner.

It is the perfect place to relax with cosy lounge, wood burning stove, bespoke kitchen & underfloor heating. Upstairs features a super-king sized bed, seating area, luxury wet-room with underfloor heating, balcony and Jacuzzi.

Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.

Set alongside our beloved family home, in 7 acres of open farmland, this wonderful space offers a welcome retreat from the stresses of everyday life. Worminghall is predominantly a farming village, within easy vehicular access to Oxford and the market town of Thame. Situated on the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire borders, it's the perfect location if you are visiting for a wedding or function nearby, or simply wish to explore the area's many local attractions.

This gorgeous 3 bedroom cottage, is in the quiet village of Skirmett, situated in the Hambleden Valley, in a particularly pretty area of the Chilterns. Many films and TV series have been filmed in the area, as it is often thought of as quintessentially English. Just a hop and a skip from London and its airports and a short distance from Marlow, Henley or High Wycombe stations... come and step back in time and enjoy a rural setting you won't forget.

The Bothy, with a natural swimming pool

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.
