Peaceful and cosy with stunning views of the sea, our wooden lodge is a special place in a picturesque part of the Roseland in southern Cornwall. Perfectly located for walking, admiring stunning coastlines and fantastic food, the lodge is close to the pretty village of Portscatho and 15 miles from Truro. Guests have free access to the beautiful pool, small gym, sauna and jacuzzi onsite. Just 15 mins walk to a beautiful, dog-friendly beach too! We now have a a smart PAYG EV charging point too!

En-suite Rural Log Cabin

Purpose built wooden cabin providing an en suite bedroom, in the garden, tucked up behind the brook. Sleeps up to 3 people with the addition of an airbed (2 adults and 1 child), and enjoys views of the surrounding garden and brook. You are actually right next to the babbling brook, to lull you off to sleep! We currently have no WiFi due to local storm damage. The cabin is a 7 minute walk from Tanglewood Wild Garden which ranks as number 5 in Tripadvisor’s 10 top attractions in Penzance.

Step onto the deck, let the scent of cedarwood envelop you in the wood-fired sauna, then dare a plunge in the cold roll-top bath. Soak away aches in the gorgeous copper bath or relax in front of the log burner. Enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining on the deck or wrap up in a rug when the temperature drops. Sun lovers will appreciate sunshine for most of the day. Well equipped kitchen cleverly chosen to maximise space. King size bed, inside loo & outside shower.

Tucked away in our back garden, this hidden cabin ensures peace & quiet after a full-day of sight-seeing or lazing on the beach.
