While we feel the Chickadee offers plenty of privacy from the inside you should make note that it is located in the middle of a neighborhood setting and the landscaping is still being worked on though won't be disruptive to your stay. Just under a mile from downtown Gorham 20 minutes to Portland Ski, swim, shop, eat, leaf peep, hike, the activities nearby are endless

Cozy, private, and beautifully appointed, it sits above Tamworth with calming mountain views and complete quiet. Step onto the deck with your morning coffee, then end your evening in the optional wood-fired Finnish sauna just steps from your door. Sauna available for a one-time fee.

Luxury Year-round Treehouse with private hot tub

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Lovely 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom lakefront house! Watchic Lake is a perfect family destination for swimming, boating, and fishing. Perfectly located for a day trip to Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Freeport, Kittery, Wells Beach, and North Conway, NH outlets. Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

Take it easy in the woods at this cozy, off-grid A frame located in the Sebago Lakes Region. Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more! This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

The Streamside Getaway offers a luxurious glamping experience in a new solar and wind-powered Geodome. Equipped with custom furniture, new hot tub,luxury appliances, free high speed wifi, AC/Heat Unit and modern bathroom and kitchen facilities, guests can enjoy a homely and comfortable stay in nature. A glamping site built in 2022 offers a contactless check-in process with a custom key code. Additionally, we have added archery, axe throwing, and kayaks to enhance your outdoor activity!

On the water Boathouse!

In the water! Two story boathouse. Originally built in 1939 and parked boats in until 1972. Converted to living space in the early eighties. The upstairs consist of a bedroom walk in closet and a balcony. The downstairs is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Walk out the door to the patio , dock , and beach! You won't find anything closer to the water! The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset, thunderstorms, or sip your morning coffee. Watch the fish out the window!

Nestled in the woods and on Adams Pond with new wood fired sauna! The cabin feels totally hidden away but is less than 10 minutes to Bridgton and Naples, hiking, beaches and restaurants. The woods are beautiful and peaceful and the pond is just down a mossy path. Great for couples or a weekend away. Large deck with grill and outdoor shower, firepit. There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.

Steep Falls Escape, river & falls just steps away

Bright and pleasant 1 bedroom apt with separate entrance, gas fireplace, enclosed porch and large kitchen. Spacious yard to enjoy with pool, fire pit, grill and outdoor seating. Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.

Sebago Sunrise Yurt - Trail Access!

Nestled between Portland's fine dining and Sebago's outdoor fun, the Sunrise Yurt is a great camping spot to explore what Southern Maine has to offer. Park & take a short walk to the back 2 acres of my property. The yurt overlooks a meadow & faces the sunrise. Located with access to the Sebago to the Sea Trail - 28 miles of walking & biking paths. .5 mile walking distance to Presumpscot River. *Please read 'Show More' notes section for important details.
