Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

Perfectly located for a day trip to Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Freeport, Kittery, Wells Beach, and North Conway, NH outlets. Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

Best location, directly in the village! Formerly the Otter Ski Club, restored with cozy, bedding & linens. Step to restaurants, North Conway CC, the Village green, scenic train station, coffee shops, shops, skating, & nightlife. I do prefer to book the entire house and only use the 2 bedroom lockoff to fill openings. Located only 30 minutes from Portland this adorable and cozy cottage sits 10 feet from Watchic Lake. Listen to the loons all day, paddle to an island, stare at the glassy lake from the breakfast nook, swim forever, read a book in the screened-in porch or toast marshmallows in the firepit, whichever it may be you'll simply enjoy the peace and tranquility of this very private Maine lake house nestled in the woods. If you’re feeling like a hike, a dinner out there are options a plenty!

1BR cozy, luxurious getaway @ Krista's Guesthouse

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Our annual winter sale happening now! Book before it ends! At our Airbnb we leave lots of towels for each guest. We do not ask our guests to clean the apartment. Organic coffee and high quality toiletries. We strive to provide a quality experience in our fully equipped two bedroom apartment within walking distance to restaurants, bars, Longfellow Square, the State Theater, the Portland Museum of Art and the Western Promenade. Washer and dryer in the apartment and Pack n play.

Steep Falls Escape, river & falls just steps away

Bright and pleasant 1 bedroom apt with separate entrance, gas fireplace, enclosed porch and large kitchen. Spacious yard to enjoy with pool, fire pit, grill and outdoor seating. Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.

Portland Back Cove Hideaway-1 BR- With Patio

Our quiet residential Back Cove neighborhood is your perfect retreat from a busy day exploring Portland. Take a short drive to the center of the city, or enjoy the waterfront walking and biking trail which loops around the cove. Dine at Tipo or Woodford F&B, two neighborhood favorites. Come home to this newly renovated space and relax on the patio! Our space can accommodate four guests. Great for a family, or close friends! We look forward to hosting you!

Walk to the Old Port from this quiet neighborhood in 15 minutes or head over to Washington Ave, for amazing food, distilleries and breweries!
