The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. Hacienda de Hampton

Enjoy this private Mother in-law suite with separate keyless entrance! The set up is similar to an adjoining hotel room where we do share an interior door which has locks on both sides of the door. Your suite includes a classic brick fireplace, a private bedroom with a Queen bed. A private bathroom. A kitchenette with a Keurig coffee machine and coffee, microwave and small fridge. The space has window covering to allow for a darkened space or open up the windows to let in the natural light.

The upstairs is a king bed and a private makeup (or work) nook. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Dining room seats six, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for basic cooking.
