The Annexe is a lovely, well-equipped self-contained suite of rooms, comprising a spacious, comfortable sitting/breakfast room, kitchenette, double bedroom and shower room, in a private part of our house. It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

This charming, traditional Cornish tin miner’s cottage is perched on a hill near Redruth, offering breathtaking countryside views. Built from granite in 1890, Kitts Cottage is set within its own spacious half-acre garden, alongside a quiet bridleway—perfect for those seeking peace and seclusion. Inside, the cottage is comfortably furnished, featuring a king-size bed and a cosy woodburner—ideal for relaxing evenings after a day exploring. Glamping Meadow Bell Tent

The bell tent in our meadow is equipped to a high standard with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including electrical points. Have a peaceful nights sleep on your very comfortable camping bed. Boil the kettle and fry some bacon on your fire pit grill or take a short walk to the utility area to make use of the electric kettle, toaster and microwave. A shower and WC are also located in the utility room, by the parking area. For extra cosiness we have a wood burning stove.

A peaceful annexe in a traditional barn conversion on our farm. Private patio area and secure bike or Kayak storage. The village and surrounding area has an abundance of quality pubs and restaurants serving local produce. Stithians village has a shop, a pub, and is ideally situated for touring Cornwall and National Trust sites. The North and South coast are close by and there are many ideal walks and cycle routes. There is also sailing and water sports on Stithians Reservoir.
