It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. The house is decorated in a rustic Istrian style combined with modern furniture and is located in a small village near the historic town of Svetvinčenat. The outdoor area features a large heated pool of 40 m², a summer kitchen with fireplace, and a garden.
