In the heart of Sunset Beach. 3 minute walk to beach access and 5 parking spaces. There are 3-bedrooms : 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 futon (all bed linens and towels included with no additional charge). Wi-Fi, 5 TV's and one is outdoors under the house. Washing machine/dryer on the same level as living area. There are 2 bathrooms the primary has bathtub and there is a shower in each bathroom. Outdoor shower, gas grill, beach chairs/umbrella. 4 beach cruiser bikes you are welcome to use.

New to the rental market, our family home is the perfect island getaway during any season! We're a few minutes walk to the beach and just a block away from our little beach town. Sunset Beach is quiet and feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Nat'l Geographic named Sunset Beach as one of the top 21 beaches in the world! Our house is clean, updated, and comfortable with all the modern amenities (wifi, smart TVs). All bedding and bath linens are provided during your stay.

The Big Chill

Kick off your shoes, relax and unwind at the Big Chill! Roomy and oh, so comfortable, this 4-bedroom beach bungalow is centrally located to the gazebo and fishing pier on the east end of the island. Linens, Towels and enough paper and bath supplies to get you started on your week, or brief weekend holiday, the house has a King bedroom with shared hallway bath and Queen size bedroom, central living space and on the other side of the great room, 2 Queen Beds separated by a jack n jill bath.

Main Street Walk to the Beach

This special house is a traditional, family beach cottage that is currently being enjoyed by its 4th generation. Built in 1972, it is designed in the old-fashioned beach cottage style of that era. It's not fancy and modern; if that is what you're looking for, this is not the house for your vacation. We have a beach wagon, some beach chairs, and sand and water toys for your use. If you're looking for a traditional, homey beach cottage close to the beach and loved by its family, this is it!
