Tranquility, minutes from the beach! Enjoy bird watching on the porch. This well appointed 2nd floor condo , is the perfect space for two, located in the Sea Trail Resort. The location is 1.5 miles from Sunset Beach, for some fun in the sun. You will also have access to many great amenities in the neighborhood, such as two pools, a library, fitness gym, and two neighborhood restaurants. Outside of the neighborhood are many places to explore, nearby Calabash known for its restaurants.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Main Street Walk to the Beach

This special house is a traditional, family beach cottage that is currently being enjoyed by its 4th generation. Built in 1972, it is designed in the old-fashioned beach cottage style of that era. It's not fancy and modern; if that is what you're looking for, this is not the house for your vacation. We have a beach wagon, some beach chairs, and sand and water toys for your use. If you're looking for a traditional, homey beach cottage close to the beach and loved by its family, this is it!

Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has markets twice a week(seasonal), fishing piers, and boat launch. See why Nat Geo rated Sunset Beach one of the top beaches in the world- just a short (2=3 minute) drive or bike ride over the bridge to the beach (beach chairs provided), or use the pool (included)

The unit sleeps 4 and has a screened in porch. The unit has a keyless entry for self check-in. Towels and linens are included.
