We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Spanning 230 m² across a ground floor and gallery bedroom, it offers plenty of space for relaxation. PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
