Newly built, the home offers 2 bedrooms, spacious and contemporary bathroom with high-end finishes and luxurious walk-in shower. The open-plan Kitchen/Living/Dining flows on to the balcony The Shorebird is in close proximity to shops, local attractions and many stunning world-class beaches here on the South Coast of NSW.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for getaways and people passing through who need an overnight stay to break up the journey. The unit has a kitchenette equipped with a 1 Burner Ceramic Cooktop, Convection Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and Coffee Machine/Milk Frother and Ice Cube Machine. Supplied is complimentary tea and coffee also. Shampoo/Conditioner and bath soaps and Towels are also included. The coffee table does also convert to a table for dining. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
