Hydronic heating , heated towel rail and underfloor heating in the bathroom keeps you warm in winter, while reverse cycle air conditioning maintains comfort in summer. There is wheelchair access in kitchen including accessible stove and oven. There is no lip on sliding doors to deck.The cottage is pet friendly with full fencing. It has two bedrooms and looks out over the beautiful green hills of the Southern Highlands. It is only a short distance from all the surrounding villages.
