Detached & private, with side door entrance to lower floor with Kitchen/Lounge area with upstairs Bedroom /changing with separate shower and toilet. Outside patio. The Hot Tub (summer house) has additional one time £40 fee payable on arrival. Nearby Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor Park, Donnington Park, Alton Towers, Conkers, Calke Abbey. Very close to 2 airports (Bham & Emids) plus all city facilities of Derby, Nottingham & Leicester

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Non private parking is available street side & in various local free carparks. Please DM with queries and we would be pleased to help.
