The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance from Sylvan Beach. All the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops.
