The first floor houses two bedrooms; the master suite offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the bedroom leads onto a Sundeck with a panoramic sea view perfect for enjoying Cape Town’s picturesque sunsets.The Bedroom has an air conditioner. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom. In the event that a guest has departed the same day as a new guest is arriving, new guests are welcome to drop off their baggage before 14:00 hours.Once cleaning is complete 'check in' can be done. I will personally welcome you. Should I be out of town, a co-host will welcome you, or you can use the self check-in option. The townhouse is nestled in a cul-de-sac at the foot of Lions Head. Coffee shops, restaurants, and the famous Sea Point beach promenade are just five minutes' walk away. Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, and Clifton Beach are situated close by. My City buses and taxis are available from High Level and Main road, only a couple of minutes walking distance; Uber taxis are available within the whole of Cape Town, and are an easy, convenient, and inexpensive way of getting around avoiding traffic congestion and parking. Netflix is available for your entertainment; Wi-fi: unlimited 4mps line. For guests who book for more than 7 days, I offer a Extra Cleaning Service' of the apartment, after 7 days, or more frequently if requested, which includes laundering and changing the bed linen and towels, at a cost of R 400 payable direct to my cleaning staff. This cleaning session takes around 3-4 hours.

We are not able to accommodate children The first level (ground floor level of the villa)consists of the cosy decorated lounge with flat screen TV, a dining area and the fully equipped little kitchen which can be separated from the lounge by an artfully painted sliding door. A small terrace invites you to sit outside for breakfast or sundowners. From the lounge a staircase leads downstairs to the basement with it's bedroom, a passage to the bathroom(shower only)and the dressing room. The King size bed can be separated and configured into single beds. Our guests are invited to sit in the beautifully landscaped garden on their own terrace with sun loungers and side table or enjoy the big swimming pool . From here stunning views over the whole bay and the surrounding mountains as well as spectacular sunsets will delight your senses. We respect the privacy of our guests yet we enjoy to extend hospitality and the feeling of home from home .We are available under the same roof to advise,support,recommend and help our guests to make their stay a memorable one. Camps Bay offers restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, and different beaches. It has been officially declared the safest area of Cape Town, due to privately organised street patrols and security companies. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. MyCity bus stop is circa 400m away on Geneva Drive with one route clockwise and another anticlockwise to transport visitors either to town or downhill to the Promenade . Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient.
