Our menu includes pizzas and slow cooked meals freshly prepared in our farm kitchen. Guests can walk or mountain bike around the farm and enjoy our amazing views and abundant wildlife.

This lovely 3 bedroom home has been recently renovated and is fully furnished. For your comfort we provide bedding, a coffee machine, free hi-speed wi-fi and Bluetooth speaker. The house has a fully fenced back yard and is pet friendly. The study has a second TV and couch, great for kids viewing. The house has a large covered veranda around 3 sides of the house. The back veranda has seating and a BBQ, the front has comfy outdoor furniture and overlooks the country hills.

The Old Bookham Church accommodation has been lovingly restored to maintain the beautiful original features. Amelia Grace Cottage is a self contained 1 bedroom cottage just on the outskirts of beautiful Lake Albert. Amelia Grace also has a very comfy pull out sofa bed, for those extra guest's if required. Set on 7 acres and just a 4 minute drive to Lake Albert and a 15 minute drive to CBD of Wagga Wagga. The property boasts beautiful gardens with plenty of fur babies too love. "The Residence" in the heart of Tumbarumba

The Residence was formerly the office residence in Tumbarumba's caravan park, and has been relocated and refurbished to a comfortable 3 bedroom cottage just a short walk from the main street of town for visiting pubs, cafes and shops. Two of the bedrooms contain queen beds with two king singles in the third bedroom. It has a spacious open plan living and dining area with reverse cycle air conditioner, full kitchen facilities and washing machine.
