We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Comfortable outdoor furniture to make the most of the views, weber BBQ and spa pool for outdoor living. The house has great Indoor outdoor flow. Heat pump for controlled heating summer and winter. 6 kms to restaurants,shops. Many good surf beaches near bye. Estuary for boating.

A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.
