Located in a Grade 2 listed building the apartment has its own private entrance, car parking space and is conveniently located opposite a friendly local pub. The centre of Ironbridge is a 15 minute walk, perfect to take a stroll and explore the food stores, craft boutiques and eateries nestled alongside the beautiful River Severn. Recently refurbished, the apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and modern bathroom with a shower and bath (ideal for relaxing after a long day of walking/site seeing).

However it is secluded and quiet. 30 degree heating available should it be required! !There is parking outside the front door overnight, outdoor seating area. The cottage is recently renovated, and provides a cosy rural retreat, whilst being within close proximity of Wellington, Telford and Shrewsbury. The cottage is set in the foothills of the Wrekin. There are numerous walks directly from the cottage, up the Wrekin and in the adjacent Ercall wood. The cottage is ideally located for visiting the Ironbrige area, and the Welsh boarders. As well as being a short drive from the business centres for those travelling for work purposes.

The School House, a charming 200-year old cottage.

Marnwood School House is a beautiful holiday cottage with bags of charm. The cottage dates back 200 years, where it was originally used as a school house for the poor but Reverend Bartlett in 1824. The property has been fully restored to an excellent standard, whilst still retaining its period character. The property is just a few minutes drive from Ironbridge, which offers lots of attractions and activities for all ages, as well as great places to eat.

We are ideally situated for a relaxing stay in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Coalbrookdale is steeped in history, the home of Abraham Darby's Iron ore smelting works. The Museum of Iron & Enginuity are both just a short walk away, where the ruins of Abraham's original furnace still stands. The Coalbrookdale Arms is a friendly local pub, the Furnace Kitchen is great for breakfast with Ironbridge's many bars & restaurants close by.
