We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Das Apartment hat 43 qm und ist ein offener Raum. Das Bad ist mit einer Glaswand vom Wohnraum getrennt. Die Küche ist offen in den Wohnraum integriert. Der Schlafplatz ist auf einem Podest. “Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.
