Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. There is busses to Barrenjoey Lighthouse/Palm Beach, Manly, Brookvale and Sydney CBD. Ask about the beautiful coastal bushwalks and whale watching lookouts. You can expect a visiting kookaburra, Koel or other native birds in the still of the morning. Don’t be surprised if you see a possum at night or if you are very lucky a leaf tailed gecko.

There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.

The Lakehouse

Our Lakehouse is a fun getaway situated right on the lake that is suitable for kayaking, canoeing and fishing.
