Unique cottage on beautiful farm close to beaches

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. The Carriage House at Welby Park Manor

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. The Timberwolf Cabin - A mountain retreat

Set on 2.4 hectares of mountain forest the Timberwolf cabin is a beautiful place to getaway and unwind. Explore the surrounding grounds and down into the expansive forest, or kick back on one of the decks to watch as the mist rolls through the mountains in the distance. At night, stargaze at the Southern Cross while cooking a barbeque, or light a fire inside and snuggle into a big comfy couch while you stream your favourite movie.

Sauna Haus with Scandinavian design

The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs. The Terrace

A large charming renovated two story terrace full of character and homely comforts. Large sun filled decks have been built to make the most of the beautiful ocean views creating a relaxed space for family and friends to enjoy. Walk 2 mins to the end of the street and you’ll be at the Scarborough hotel where you can have a drink, coffee, a casual lunch or dinner surrounded by incredible views of the ocean!
