The home is a minute's walk from our popular home decor boutique, Gray Apple Market. A 10 minute drive to downtown York & other popular destinations such as the York Fairgrounds.

This is my second listing on my property. The Loft space is quite sizable, 750 sf, with an all open floor plan. Property built 100 years ago...and as they say, they're just not built like this anymore! It is bright and cheery by day, and private by night. The "Loft” space has a funky city vibe with the open floor plan. CHARMING!

The Hen House

This 26 foot long tiny home has all you need for a cozy trip away whether it be for business or pleasure. There is a full kitchen with a gas range, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The fridge will be stocked with a half dozen of our very own eggs! There is a smart tv located in the living area with a small dining table as well. The loft hosts a queen size bed perfect for two. The bathroom has a full-sized shower and tub. There is air conditioning and heat via a mini-split.

Weekend Away Studio

Located a block from Continental Square, this historical building is cute and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend downtown, the unit offers city views from a corner room with lots of natural light. This studio apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer. Kitchen wares, linens, pillows and bath towels are provided. Please read all details before booking. Centrally located: 30 min. to Harrisburg or Lancaster; 1 hr. to Baltimore or BWI airport; 2 hours to Philadelphia. Ski Roundtop is only 30 minutes away! Hiking and biking on local rail trail. Happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge; snacks and bottled water provided.

This quaint country cottage is nestled in the Redwoods on our Dillsburg property away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. Relaxing, quiet, not visible from the road but close to: ~ Round Top Mountain Resort ~Paulus Mt Airy Orchards ~Yellow Breeches Creek ~Messiah University. (all within 3 miles) We are central to Gettysburg and Hershey (30 miles), Harrisburg,Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Allen Berry Play house, the Appalachian Trail, and LeTort Spring Run! (all within15 miles)

Conewago Cabin #1 (No Cleaning Fee!)

Here you will find a quiet, simple place to stay with a nice view overlooking the creek. It has all the necessary amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer. There is a small porch overlooking the creek. Sony 50" smart tv Keurig with a complimentary assortment of coffee pods. This cabin has its own private fire pit. Pets are welcome, there is a once per stay $20 pet fee. Two pets maximum please. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed.

This unique place has a style all its own. Our second floor apartment is ideal for two comfortably. Perfectly located for work or leisure, and just steps away from the Appell Center, Revs Stadium, York Rail Trail, restaurants, historic sites, and art galleries. The York Fairgrounds and Graham Center are a 10 minute drive away. We welcome guests for short or extended stays. Need more space, or have a larger group? Experience Historic York in the Pen House Suite

Work, play, or relax in this centrally located 1860's Federal-style townhouse atop a nostalgic pen shop. Located within the Market District, this private 5 room apartment filled with 18th century simplistic charm has all new modern conveniences contrasting with stucco walls, beamed ceilings and random-width plank floors. Local art, York ephemera, maps and photography throughout the space.

The Oasis

The Oasis is a 186 acre property with 65 acres of woods and streams and 120 acres of crop land. The Barn sits at an elevated point overlooking a pond and picturesque valley with the opportunity to view stunning sunrises! Wildlife abounds on the property, with deer sightings common. The Oasis is very private, but minutes from Rt 30, Rt 15, Rt 76 and Rt 81.
