Nearly 2,000 sq feet of grand home is yours to enjoy. New kitchen. Dining room and living room (with smart TV) have high ceilings, glittering chandeliers, lots of light. Hallway features half bath, utility closet, & work nook. 3 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry upstairs. Sleeps 5-6, depending on your group (check bedrooms to see). Access to large fenced yard and deck included. We stock coffee and tea for guests booking in advance, and you’ll find various seasonings and staples in the cupboards.

Sweet Country 3 Bedroom Apartment

There is a 2 nite min. stay for most weekends. The price listed is for 2 guests. Each additional guest, after the first 2, will be $30/nite (reflected in quote when you enter the correct # of guests.) Beautiful 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st fl. & queen & twin rooms on 2nd fl. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. WiFi, movie channels on the 2 TVs, small deck, umbrella tables, big yard. No pets or small children.

Sauna Getaway in the Finger Lakes

New (2020 built!) scandinavian style apartment with sauna. This private flat occupies an entire lower level of a house and includes all new finishings, new mattress, kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry. Just 4 miles from Cornell and 5 miles from downtown Ithaca and Ithaca College, this popular stay is perfect for parents visiting students, couples celebrating a special occasion, friends needing an escape, or anyone craving a romantic or adventurous getaway. Longer stays are also welcome.

Howland Farm

The John Howland Farm is an iconic 1840s family farm. We follow strict cleaning protocols and only accept whole house reservations. Your party will be the only guests in the farmhouse with suites. The "Butterfly Suite" includes three bedrooms, sitting room with board games, books, and private bath. The "Garden Suite" is fully ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and sitting room. The "Pine Cone Suite" is also ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and adjacent laundry room.

Private Scenic Retreat

The entire place is yours to enjoy! Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Located on our 75 acre organic orchard and cidery, it is a short drive to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes wineries, state parks and gorges. Nature surrounds you: water rushing, a tree frog chorus, beavers swimming by, bald eagles fishing trout. Enjoy hanging out and eating meals on a wraparound deck overlooking the water. It is located only 10 minutes from downtown Ithaca, NY, 10 minutes to Cornell University, 10 minutes to Ithaca College, 15 minutes to Cayuga Lake and 30 minutes to the wine trails. There is a ton of hiking surrounding this property just minutes away, you can rent kayaks downtown to access Cayuga Lake and much more!!

Susquehanna River- Owego glamping riverside!

I love my property for the year-round views! In yard access to river which is directly across from Hiawatha Island, a natural preserve owned by Waterman conservation. Island is open to the public for birdwatching (Bald Eagels) and hikers. I have kayaks and canoes you might want to use while here. River is active with fisherpersons!
