This rustic lakeside home boasts 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room. Country living now with high speed fiber internet! An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower! Visit and grill out back. Note: We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed on the lake at this time.

Full kitchen with cookware. Separate 20x20 garage for boat storage and a fish/duck cleaning house. Close to local restaurants and stores. 1 bedroom with queen bed , 2nd bedroom with bunk beds and a sofa sleeper. Can sleep 4 to 5 people. Pet friendly. Completely refurbished and modernized, Rosie's Retreat has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, large closet, and fireplace. There is additional sleeping space for 2 on the queen sectional/sofa bed and 1-2 more on the futon in the dressing room! Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

There are outdoor outlets for charging boat batteries. There is a smoker pit charcoal grill and a Weber style grill. Charcoal is not provided.

The Maplemere is closely located to several destinations in Martin. The University of Tennessee at Martin, the Ag-Pavilion, downtown shops and the hospital are minutes away. Only 15 minutes to The Discovery Park of America. The home boasts three bedrooms, including 2 sets of bunk twin beds, a full bedroom, and a queen master suite. Large dining area and cozy living room is a home away from home. Convenient key-pad entry. The Maplemere is perfect for a quick trip or for a longer work stay.

The Hut II on Reelfoot Lake

The Hut II is a clean 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house with a full kitchen. Located right across from Reelfoot lake where you can sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. Sleeping arrangements offer bedroom 1 with a full and twin bed, bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds and bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds. The Hut II offers parking in the front or a carport for parking in the back. So you can enjoy the comforts of home while enjoying a vacation at the lake or a fishing/hunting trip.

Country Cottage Home on 2 Acres Close to UTM

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just down the road from the local medical businesses including the hospital and Cane Creek rehabilitation center , UTM and local shops. Quite and safe neighborhood with plenty of parking.
