The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

Circa 30 minuti per Roma centro in funzione del traffico. Posti di interesse turistico : Roma a 30 minuti, Tivoli con Villa d'Este e Villa Gregoriana a 20 minuti. Poi anche Villa Adriana a 15 minuti. Stazione termale Terme di Roma a 5 minuti di strada. Centro commerciale Tiburtino a 400mt.

Munito di letto matrimoniale ,soggiorno con divano,cucina con forno,frigo e un piano cottura con 4 fuochi. E presente una lavatrice ,un'asse e ferro da stiro . Il bagno ha una capiente doccia. All'esterno del piccolo soggiorno potete trovare un piccolo e comodo terrazzino.
