Studio at number 10

We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

Breakfast with the birds on a beautiful deck, overlooking Bonigil Bongil National Park. The Garden studio offers quiet accomodation in the picturesque village of Sawtell. It is a 5 minute drive to beaches, cafes, tennis courts, golf club, bowling club, restaurants and bars and a cinema. The garden studio has a queen sized bed and private entrance accessed from the back deck, is attached to the main house, but completely private. Perfect for an overnight stay or a longer holiday.

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Only 2 minutes off the highway this recently constructed apartment has a private entrance and balcony overlooking natural reserve in peaceful surroundings. A fully functional kitchen ~ filtered water ~ spacious lounge and separate bedroom~ split system aircon ~ overhead fans and mood lighting. The bathroom has a generous shower and washing machine. Netflix is available along with fast wifi.

A spacious cabin in a rural setting with magnificent views of the Never Never range. There is a king bed, quality linens and a claw foot bath. A wood fire for colder evenings and air-con for hot days. Walk to the river and forest. This is private and inspiring accomodation 10 mins from Bellingen, a perfect retreat. Organic muesli and fruit provided for breakfast.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, air-conditioned space. Recently renovated granny flat, large master suite with king bed, built in robe and ensuite.
