Step back in time as you enter a historic apartment in which original features take center stage. The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. The rate is comprehensive of: - breakfast - towels - bed linen and blankets (duvet etc..) A private library is available in the studio with art and fahion book, food and photography, fiction and non-fiction books. Maps and turist information are at your disposal on the table. In 5 minute walk from my apartment, you can reach the amazing Piazza del Duomo with the monumental Cathedral of Pistoia and nearby the Piazza della Sala, heart of day and night life. The neirbourgh has everything you need: bakery, pharmacy, cafè and many supermarkets and restaurant walking distance! Just outside town you'll have the opportunity to reach and admire the most beautiful tuscan amaenities: - the city of Florence (35km), Lucca (46km) e Pisa (67km) - relax and enjoy the biggest spa-town in Italy, Montecatini Terme that offers not only the well-known healing waters but also all the modern relax treatments (17km) or visit and relax in the large and fascinating millennial Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme with a beneficial relaxing "steam bath"(15km) - a beautiful Contemporary Art collection hosted in the mysterious Fattoria di Celle, old tuscan villa on Montale's hills (8km). - The town of Collodi with the Parco di Pinocchio famous worldwide for his given birth to the most famous puppet of all time: Pinocchio. La posizione strategica permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro della città e in 20/40 minuti le città più belle della Toscana.(Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, le spiagge amene della Versilia e le cime delle montagne pistoiesi).Inoltre Tenuta Verde distante 5 minuti dall'Autostrada consente di visitare altre mete storiche.

Al piano terra della casa dove vivo con la mia famiglia, nel verde della campagna toscana fra vigne e ulivi, alle pendici degli appennini, in posizione strategica per chi in auto, vuole scoprire la bella Toscana e soggiornare in un luogo tranquillo a cinque minuti dal centro cittadino, ma lontano dai rumori della città, perché qui regna la quiete tipica di questo luogo. Parcheggio riservato altezza max 190cm.

Posto al secondo piano dell’edificio che un tempo ospitava il centralissimo Cinema Globo, l’appartamento si colloca nel cuore di Pistoia, e gode di un affaccio d’eccezione. Dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali, compreso l’ascensore, l’appartamento, accogliente e silenzioso, si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le attrattive principali, nonché dalla stazione ferroviaria e da vari parcheggi a pagamento. L’appartamento Il Globo è il punto migliore dal quale iniziare l’esplorazione di Pistoia.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

Antica villa toscana, bellissima, con giardino privato esclusivo, completamente ristrutturata, immersa nelle splendide e dolci colline toscane. La villa ha una vista mozziafiato, molto soleggiata, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort, silenziosa e non isolata. La casa si trova a Bagnolo, piccola frazione di Impruneta alle porte del Chianti, zona di uliveti, vigneti e pace. La casa si trova a circa 10 km in macchina dal centro di Firenze.
