The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Appartamento in stile provenzale immerso tra il vigneto e gli olivi. Godrete della tranquillità della campagna a 10 km dalla città e 4 dall'autostrada. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni). All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

Qui avrai la possibilita' di passeggiare con i due falchi Ayga e Sayen e interagire con le aquile, e perchè non sorseggiare un eccellente aperitivo a bordo piscina. The house(castoldi apartments site), renovated in 2019, close to the main street and the Square has AC, 2 double rooms (1 or 2 master), 2 bathrooms ensuite with shower and a large kitchen-living room with 4 windows and a small terrace, overlooking the hills The apartment offers a spectacular view somet available in season a nice garden 50 mt away where to have a wine tasting for all the guests of our 4 apartments or grilled meat always with paired wines.
