Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

Featuring a garden, private pool and pool views, Villa Poji is located in Buzet. The air-conditioned accommodation is 38 km from Rovinj, and guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The villa comes with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi and sauna, and a patio with lake views. The villa provides a children's playground, a barbecue and a terrace.

The modern cottages are set in a rustic environment, which, in harmony with authentic Istrian cuisine, creates an unforgettable experience with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Trieste.
