Jocelyn Street Beach House

With beautiful views North along Dalmeny beach and South-East out to Montague Island, this renovated home is the perfect place to bring the family or friends to get away from the busy work schedules and relax. A short walk or ride along the Dalmeny/Narooma bike-path (which passes along the back fence) brings you to the shops and beaches. A perfect base for riding the Narooma MTB trails, space for the boat for keen fishers and featuring a native garden to immerse yourself in and watch the birds.

A very popular Air B and B located on Nelson Beach. 3 min drive to Coles and local shops including Phoebe’s Kitchen. Unfortunately not suitable for children. No pets. You will find yourself in a property which backs onto a nature reserve, home to lots of birds, kangaroos, and the occasional echidna. Enjoy the spacious backyard including a great fire pit! Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island.
