Take a 5 minute walk to the beaches, lake, river, bike path and shops. The casual, coastal style of the house has plenty of windows to capture the breezes and views. The 4 comfortable bedrooms sleep 8 people, with a roomy, fully equipped kitchen, two big bathrooms, both with showers, and a washer and dryer. And for your convenience, we have Wifi!

Beach holiday in a large garden

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

Mrs Grace’s Moruya

Get away from it all when you visit Mrs Grace’s rustic bush retreat at Moruya. LGBTQI friendly 🌈 Enjoy big starry skies and a myriad of bird life. Wander down to the Moruya River past kangaroos, and wombat holes. Lounge under the wisteria with a picnic between swims, or in winter cozy up by the fire with a book or jigsaw. In the warmer weather, book our free kayaks, and paddle 1km upriver to “Yaragee” the local swimming spot, or downriver into town for the more adventurous.

Friendly farm stay near beach.

Our farm looks out to the sea, across lush green fields. Your private two story accommodation is self contained with outside living areas and modern amenities. The top story is the spacious bedroom and is ideally suited to a couple, with a queen size bed and magnificent views. It also has a daybed in the same room, that can be used by a child. Although the double sofa in the downstairs living area can be made up to be a double bed, privacy could be a concern. Families excepted.

'Biliga' is close to the beach, cafes and the small village of Tuross . It is a quaint 1930's cottage. The house is light and airy, surrounded by bird life and within easy walking distance of the beach. Good for couples and singles.Great for a beach holiday, golf, fishing, swimming, walking, cycling, and / or relaxing. An inspiring house for writers and painters needing a place to create. Not suitable for parties, large groups or school leavers events.

You will stay in a self-contained unit in a sustainable grand design eco-house in a peaceful setting. Your indoor space includes lounge, kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area, and there is a private garden space to sit and enjoy the views and a cuppa.
