Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. We are close to the village of Urunga, and a half-hour drive from Coffs Harbour airport. Enjoy the privacy, views, and the quiet, natural surroundings. We welcome families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The two storey unit (17 steps) has a bedroom with ensuite, lounge-room, and private balcony with BBQ. We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided.
