All amenities at 2 minute and 3 ski lifts within a few minutes walk. Check in/out is from Sunday to Sunday in principal in winterseason and Saturday to Saturday in summer. The “ Ratin “ ( which means " little mouse" in the local dialect ) is a hosting structure in the town of Susa ( Turin ). It is a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom . The bedroom and bathroom are part of the owners’ house but completely indipendent from it. The bedroom , with a mansard roof , can accomodate up to four people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free wi-fi and TV. Electric fan and mini-fridge. Free parking in private garage for a medium size car or four motorbikes.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Il “Vecchio Abete” è un appartamento-monolocale completamente ristrutturato e nuovo, decorato con cura e amore perché questa è la casa di famiglia. Nel centro di Oulx , comodo, vista sui monti e boschi. Arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli. pavimenti in legno, colori caldi ed atmosfera accogliente. Balcone con esposizione sud, quindi sempre al sole, e con vista sul giardino. Ci scaldiamo a pellet quindi siamo rispettosi dell'ambiente....

The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.
