Note for 2024. We have reduced our listing price by 20% for the year as there is construction work happening locally. Some works may be quiet or hundreds of meters away and past guests have said that it has not been a problem for them. We do want to be completely honest with potential guests. The Villa is on an exclusive private complex. 3 stories, with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, balcony and roof terrace and garden. Fibre internet. Private residential pool 1 minute walk away.

No need for a car One of the few modern builds close to the beach. Located at the end of a quiet road close to amenaties plenty for children to do.Air con and wifi included.Please note in high season changeover is Saturday only.We like to be flexible in other seasons please ask.Monthly rates only apply Nov-March.

The spacious house offers room for up to ten people. It has a living, dining and cooking area, as well as two suites and three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. On the many sunny days the terrace with outdoor kitchen becomes the extension of the living room, making Vila Dria perfect for a family holiday (or 2 families)
