Casa Sibbe with beautiful view

A lovely sunny house (180 m2) with beautiful panoramic view. Casa Sibbe is the ideal point for lovers of tranquility, walking and biking with the proximity of the city. Located on walking distance from Valkenburg and near the Burgundian Maastricht. The sunny house is comfortable and warmly decorated, fully equiped and has a lovely garden with a spacious terrace. The property offers privacy and tranquility and is a warm and cozy environment for a wonderful holiday or weekend away. 2 bikes and 2 mountain bikes are available for free. Sibbe is unique because of the many limestone buildings and the last remaining underground quarry for the extraction of limestone for construction. Shopping in Burgundian Maastricht or just enjoying one of it's great terraces, it's just a 15 minutes drive from Sibbe. Valkenburg is within walking distance which is perfect for a nice night out fun. Also a visit to Thermae 2000 (spa on the Cauberg) from Casa Sibbe is very easy to achieve. A day with the kids at Amusement Park De Valkenier or the indoor swimmingpool the Polfermolen. It is all nearby. 50 mt. of the house is the entrance to the marl caves (ASP), which via a spiral staircase descends to 50 mt. Tip: book in advance. Walkers can pick it up here. From the property one walks directly into nature. The house is also ideally located for a visit to Belgium or Germany. And for cyclists / bikers an ideal place at the top of the Daelhemerweg.and near the Cauberg. The layout of the house is as follows: Living room of 35 m2 with natural light and doors to the delightful garden. Fireplace with sofa and 4 easy chairs. Separate dining area with long table. Widescreen TV, CD player, DVD player, internet, WIFI. CDs, DVDs and books. Kitchen is fully equipped with all needed kitchen utensils, a large Smeg cooker (5 gas burners) with oven, a large Bosch fridge / freezer and a dishwasher. From the kitchen the garden is accesible and in the scullery you find a washing machine, dryer and microwave. The beautiful bathroom of 15 m2 is on 1st floor and has a lovely bath to relax, separate shower, large washbasin and a toilet. Downstairs there is a separate toilet. Bedroom 1 (25m2) is located on the 1st floor. Large bright bedroom with a large twin bed (180 cm-200 cm), flat screen TV with wooden floor, big wardrobe, a chest of drawers and windows looking out on the backyard with incredible panoramic views. The second bedroom with wooden floor has 2 single beds (90cm x 200 cm). The room is approximately 15 m2 with lots of light, large wardrobe and a nice desk with a printer. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are included in the price. 2 bikes and 2 mountain bikes are available for free. Free parking. There is an option for more people on request. Deze luxe accommodatie is geschikt voor vier levensgenieters. In de woonkamer een nostalgische open haard. Ontspannen op de vide in de sauna of heerlijk in het ligbad in de badkamer, daar bevindt zich ook een stortdouche. De Finse, houtgestookte hottub in de tuin is helemaal het einde! De prachtig aangelegde privétuin biedt privacy, is gelegen op het zuiden en nodigt uit tot een ontbijt en later op de dag een gezelschapsspelletje of een glas wijn. Natuurlijk ontbreekt gratis WiFi niet!

Family and child-friendly holiday home 97 m2 between Maastricht and Valkenburg for 2 to 6 people. Both indoor and outdoor toys. Cot, high chair, children's cutlery, diaper pail and a night light are available. For the older ones there are board games, puzzles, DVDs and books. Also for cyclists who want to brave the Limburg hills. Bicycles can be parked inside the entrance. Free parking and WiFi. Lots to do in the area in terms of walking, cycling, culture or shopping.

Op gezellige familiecamping een volledig ingerichte lodge met 4 slaapplaatsen, eigen keukenhoek en sanitair. De camping ligt in een prachtig fiets en wandelgebied. De 4 sterrencamping biedt tevens verwarmd zwembad (openingstijd, zie website), speeltoestellen etc. Centraal gelegen in het Heuvelland met steden als Maastricht, Valkenburg, Aken op korte afstand. De Tentlodges zijn ook op koudere dagen heerlijk te verwarmen met de aanwezige pelletkachel.

B&B la Haciënda ligt direct aan natuurgebied Ingendeal. Het is een prachtig ingerichte B&B met 2 slaapkamers,badkamer en 2de toilet, keuken met oven en vaatwasser ,een grote tuin en inclusief wellness. De wellness bestaat uit sauna en jacuzzi. Gratis parkeren bij de accommodatie. Het is een pareltje in Valkenburg. Bijzondere locatie. Jullie zullen meteen verliefd worden. Ruime woonkamer met tv, waaronder netflix, YouTube.

B&B 'T Klooster De Blokhut

Het klooster ligt 30 min lopenafstand van hartje Valkenburg. Je zit midden in een prachtig natuur gebied ideaal voor wandelaars en fietsers. Ook is bijv de dierentuin het gaiapark of Tuin/atractiepark Mondoverde goed te doen met de auto. In de maand December is de kerstmarkt in de mergelgrotte ook een aanrader.
