Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of our old stone family house. It is located in the tiny and very quiet village of Gornji Picudo (8km from Umag and 6 km from the nearest beach) surrounded by forests, olive groves and large grass fields. Since the village is on a small hill you can enjoy a stunning view of the nature and the sea coast from the apartment. If you like to enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday this accommodation is the perfect choice.
