Caratteristico appartamento di circa 100 mq. ristrutturato nel 2017, ricavato all'interno di un'antica villa da una scuderia di inizio 1900. L' alloggio è silenzioso, fresco anche durante le calde giornate estive, dista 5 minuti di auto dal centro storico di Intra. La casa in stile liberty costruita agli inizi del 900 e' stata completamente ristrutturata rispettando le caratteristiche architettoniche del tempo. Divisa in 6 appartamenti disposti su 3 piani , (18 posti letto). L'appartamento al piano terra e' privo di barriere architettoniche con bagno adatto anche a persone in sedia a rotelle. L'arredamento completamente nuovo e in stile vintage mantiene intatto il sapore un po' retro' della casa rendendo ogni spazio particolare e unico.

This is Balcony on Lake Maggiore, a lovely apartment with incomparable panoramic views of the lake. It is located inside a residence with swimming pool (open from June to September) and large green areas arranged on terraces, where you can enjoy the sun or rest in the shade in complete relax. From the parking lot with reserved parking space, you can access the property, with independent access, descending from characteristic stone stairs between lavender beds and hydrangea plants.

We are one of the few listings including the «TICINO TICKET» for FREE use of all public transport in Canton Ticino during your entire stay. Free use of swimming-pool in the garden, extensive breakfast buffet from 6:30 to 10:30 is included and parking available on site for a fee.

The apartment with swimming-pool is a lovely house nestled in a lush garden with a swimming pool and games room for our guests' exclusive use (owners could be present). The house Bimba, located on the ground floor of the villa, is based in Trobaso, historical and peaceful village in the heart of Verbania, 5-minute drive from Intra and the port, 40 minutes from the Swiss border. The swimming pool is available from May 16th to September 26th 2026

Loft di Charme

Questo loft di charme è situato in posizione strategica sul versante lombardo del lago Maggiore, a solo un'ora dall'aeroporto di Milano Malpensa e pochi minuti da Luino e Laveno Mombello, luoghi caratteristici della sponda lacustre e ricchi di locali, ristoranti e scorci davvero unici. Una location di recentissima ristrutturazione e curata nei minimi dettagli (sono un appassionato di design!), perfetta per chi cerca una pausa di puro relax.

Casa Verbena

"... se non son matti, non li vogliamo...". Ci troviamo in una via remota e tranquilla della Frazione Mombello di Laveno, a 3 Km dal lago, ma lo dominiamo dalla collina con una bellissima vista. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente. Dal 1 di aprile 2023 è entrata in vigore " la tassa di soggiorno". Il costo è di euro 1,50 (a notte, per persona) per un massimo di 7 giorni. Sono esclusi i minori di 14 anni.

The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.
