Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.

Una coppia di tortorelle decise di nidificare proprio in questa tranquilla dimora, ecco dove nasce l'idea di dare il simpatico nome alla casa. Ci troviamo in una zona molto tranquilla, vicina ai supermercati. A rendere unico questo alloggio sono certamente gli spazi, ampi e molto luminosi che hanno permesso di organizzare gli ambienti al massimo del comfort grazie anche alla doppia esposizione. Due camere comode e due bagni, cucina attrezzata open space, wifi, AC, doccia esterna e posto auto.

Welcome to our beloved family home! Renovated in late 2021, start your day with a coffee on the patio. Just 200 meters from the lively pedestrian center, steps from restaurants, boutiques, and the flavors of Sardinia. Inside, a bright living room and fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the spacious patio is the perfect spot for al fresco dining. The 2 bedrooms accommodate up to 5 people, there's a small garden at the back. L’appartamento si trova al 3º ed ultimo piano di una palazzina appena ristrutturata nel cuore di Villasimius. Si tratta di un piccolo attico di circa 90 mq dotato di una terrazza privata di 25 mq. L’intera casa è stata appena ristrutturata (luglio 2023) ed è completamente arredata e dotata di tutti i confort, è composta da un’ampia sala con angolo cottura, due camere da letto e due bagni. La terrazza è dotata di bbq, doccia esterna e arredi. L’intera casa gode di grande luminosità e privacy.
